City: Miami Beach Miami Beach to Hold Second Reading and Public Hearing of Ordinance Building Permits and Fees The Miami Beach Commission will consider and ordinance amending Chapter 14, Building Regulations, Division 2, Sec. 14-61 “Permit Fees,” and Section 14-62 Building Permits and Appendix A at Sections 14-61, 14-62, 14-66, 14-67, and 14-69 in order to update and clarify certain building fees.
