Palm Beach County, FL to consider approval of Subordinations of utility interest by BellSouth Telecommunications, Seacoast Utility Authority and FPL The County Commission will consider approval of subordination agreements to subordinate utility easements operated by ATT, Seacoast, and Florida Power and Light (FPL), Utility Companies, and allow Palm Beach County to accept a conveyance of additional right-of-way for the construction of a westbound right turn lane on Northlake Boulevard.
