St. Johns County, FL to hold public hearing of proposed Sign Code Amendments The County Commission will consider Land Development Code Amendments regarding Sign Code Revisions; Article VII and Article XII. The Planning and Zoning Agency recommended enactment of the presented proposed changes to Article VII and Article XII and removal of Digital Billboard Language by a vote of 5 to 1, with discussion of an additional consideration for residential districts on rural highways.
