City: Lauderdale-By-The-Sea Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, FL to hold public hearing of Ordinance to regulate certain Dwellings as Short Term Rentals The Town Commission will consider ordinance 2017-05 amending chapter 30, unified land development regulations, of the code of ordinances, to regulate duplex/two-family dwellings, multifamily dwellings with 3 or 4 dwelling units, and dwelling units in mixed use developments with 1 to 4 dwelling units, as short term rentals without limitation as to the frequency or duration of rental.
