The Town Council will consider Ordinance 2017C creating chapter 13 of the code of ordinance pertaining to business tax receipts; providing for intent; requiring a license to engage in business profession, or occupation, providing for exemptions; providing for application form; providing for posting; providing due dates for licenses; providing for transfer of license; providing for suspension or revocation; providing for penalties; and providing for an amount of tax to be paid.
