Miami, FL to consider adoption of Ordinance regarding the Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan

The City Commission will consider an ordinance amending ordinance no. 10544, as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan ("MCNP") of the city of Miami ("city"), by amending and adding, goals, objectives, and policies of the elements of the city’s MCNP to accommodate a residential density increase, up to one hundred (100) percent in certain cases, when development accommodates a specific mix of workforce, affordable, and extremely low income housing.

Additional information: The Lobbyist Registration form is available here. Lobbyists shall pay all registration fees ($525.00 annually, plus $105.00 for each principal represented and for each issue a lobbyist has been retained to lobby on behalf of any one principal), and specifically define the issue for which they are employed. The Clerk shall reject any statement which does not detail the issue for which the lobbyist has been employed. Each lobbyist, within 60 days after registering as a lobbyist, shall submit a certificate of completion of an ethics course provided by the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics & Public Trust or City of Miami.
