City: Lighthouse Point Lighthouse Point, FL to hold first reading of Ordinance regarding Maximum Building Height The City Commission will consider an ordinance providing for the definition of the term “story”, limiting the maximum height allowed at the setback lines and further clarifying the maximum height of a structure for buildings located in the RS-3, RS-5, and RD-10 Zoning Districts.

Yes Lobbyist registration fee? $100 Additional information: Pursuant to Resolution 2011-1838, the filing fee for each Lobbyist Registration Statement and Update is $100.00, payable at the time of filing. A separate Lobbyist Registration Statement must be filed for each different principal or client, and each different subject matter of the lobbying issues. A Lobbyist Registration Statement must be filed prior to any lobbying activities. A Lobbyist Registration Statement is valid until December 31st. New Statements must be filed annually as of January 1st. Additionally, Lobbyists, and any of their principals or employers attending such meeting, are required to complete a Contact Log contemporaneously with the meeting.
