Columbia County, FL to hold public hearing of Ordinance regarding Permit Fees and Plan Review Fees The County Commission will consider Ordinance 2016-30 repealing and replacing Ordinance numbers 89-6, 95-39 and 99-24, adding a Plan Review Fee, removing the County Specialty Contractor and Subsequent Revisions and Fee Resolutions.
