Broward County, FL to hold Public Hearing of Ordinance updating and clarifying Land Development Code provisions The County Commission will consider an ordinance pertaining to the land development code; amending various sections of chapter 5, article ix, of the Broward County Code of ordinances ("code"); updating and clarifying land development code provisions. This ordinance will simplify existing development review and notification procedures; provide for electronic plan submittal; amend engineering regulations for U-turns, traffic signalization, and school zone flashers; provide consistency with Ordinance No. 2014-32 regarding historic preservation; update definitions; and make general housekeeping amendments.
