Miami, FL to hold second reading of Ordinance approving the Downtown Miami DRI

The City Commission will consider an ordinance approving the downtown Miami Development of Regional Impact (DRI), encompassing an area of the city of Miami under the jurisdiction of the downtown development authority with the exception of the Southeast Overtown Park West Area.

Additional information: The Lobbyist Registration form is available here. Lobbyists shall pay all registration fees ($525.00 annually, plus $105.00 for each principal represented and for each issue a lobbyist has been retained to lobby on behalf of any one principal), and specifically define the issue for which they are employed. The Clerk shall reject any statement which does not detail the issue for which the lobbyist has been employed. Each lobbyist, within 60 days after registering as a lobbyist, shall submit a certificate of completion of an ethics course provided by the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics & Public Trust or City of Miami.
