Seminole County, FL to continue Public Hearing of proposed Fertilizer Ordinance

The County Commission will consider an ordinance amending the Seminole County Code, Chapter 270 Water and Sewer to add a new Part 12, Proper use of Fertilizers, creating Part 12, Proper Use of Fertilizers to maintain compliance with all applicable Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL's) and Basin Management Action Plans (BMAPs), and the NPDES Permit.

Issue History
02/27/17 The County Commission will continue the public hearing at the 2/28/16 meeting.
09/26/16 The County Commission will hold a public hearing at the 9/27/16 meeting.
08/26/16 At the 8/23/16 meeting, Commission set a future public hearing date, tentatively scheduled for 9/13/16.
08/22/16 The County Commission will hold a public hearing at the 8/23/16 meeting.
