Monroe County, FL to hold public hearing of resolution affecting the Planning and Environmental Resources Fee Schedule

The County Commission will consider a resolution to amend Resolution # 118 - 2015, the Planning and Environmental Resources Fee Schedule, to: amend the fee schedule to include new application requirements as adopted by the 2030 Comprehensive Plan and the new Land Development Code (including concept meetings, BOCC impact meetings, community meetings, additional noticing and staff facilitation of meetings); to establish fees for an inclusionary housing alternative compliance application; to establish fees for a map designation verification application; to establish fees for a platting lot line adjustment application; to establish fees for a temporary non-emergency housing application; to round all proposed and current fees to the nearest tenth to eliminate and reduce payment errors; and to repeal any other fee schedules inconsistent herewith.
