City: Coconut Creek Coconut Creek, FL to hold second public hearing of Ordinance regarding various proposed amendments to the city’s Land Development Code The City Commission will consider an ordinance amending the city's land development code by amending the list of permitted and special land uses within the agricultural, residential, mobile home, community facility, business, industrial, and office zoning districts in order to remove obsolete and outdated terms and add language to comply with state and federal laws.

One registration form is required per each principal and each subject/project. An annual registration is required and covers the period from October 1 through September 30 of each year.
