City: Holmes Beach Holmes Beach, FL to Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance regarding Encroachments into Secondary Front Yards The City Commission will consider Ordinance No. 16-13 amending part III, Land Development Code, article VI, Zoning, Division 4, Supplemental Developmental Standards, section 6.8.Z, Yard Encroachments by adding a new subsection 7 to allow certain items to encroach up to 5 feet into the secondary front yard.
