City: Opa-Locka Opa Locka, FL to hold Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance regarding Building Exterior Color Standards The City Commission will consider an ordinance amending ordinance 15-31, section 22-118 Property Maintenance, "I" of the Land Development Regulation dealing with exterior color standards for commercial buildings, industrial buildings, multi-family buildings, duplex residences and single family residences.
