Gadsden County, FL to hold Public Hearing of LDC Ordinance regarding Development Orders, Development Permits, and Development Agreements The County Commission will consider ordinance 2016-009 (Attachment 1) for an amendment to Chapter 1 (Administration and Enforcement), and Chapter 7 (Development Orders, Development Permits, and Development Agreements) of the Gadsden County Land Development Code.
