City: New Smyrna Beach New Smyrna Beach, FL to hold Public Hearing of Ordinance regarding Building Heights and Densities in the Multi-Use Zoning District The City Commission will consider Ordinance No. 22-16 to amend the Land Development Regulations, Article V, Section 504.02, Specific Regulations by District, by updating and changing Building Heights and Densities in the Multi-Use (MU) Zoning District, and changing Densities in the B-3, B-4 and PUD Zoning Districts.
