Parkland, FL to hold Second Reading of Ordinance regarding Commercial Solar Lighting

The City Commission will consider ORDINANCE NO. 2016-11 amending Chapter 4, Buildings and Building Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Parkland, Florida by Amending Sec. 4-53 entitled Exterior Lighting Requirements to extend the time period for all pole lighting on commercially zoned property to be one hundred (100) percent solar powered to June 18, 2023.

06/21/16 The City Commission will hold a second reading at the 6/22/16 meeting, 7:00 pm.
05/18/16 The City Commission will hold a first reading at the 5/18/16 meeting, 7:00 pm.

Additional information: Lobbyists are required to file, on an annual basis, a registration statement for each employer on whose behalf he or she lobbies before the City Commission, Board or city employee or official and to notify the City of any changes to the information contained herein. Each person who withdraws as a lobbyist for a particular person shall file a notice of withdrawal as a lobbyist with the City Clerk.
