Broward County, FL to hold Public Hearing of 1% sales Surtax for Transportation and Transit Purposes The County Commission will consider Interlocal Agreement providing for the collection, allocation, distribution, and administration of a 1% sales surtax for transportation and transit purposes, subject to voter approval at referendum on November 8, 2016.
