St. Lucie County, FL to hold public hearing of Ordinance affecting Commercial Composting Facilities The County Commission will consider a Stop Gap Ordinance regarding Commercial Composting Facilities; providing for postponement of issuance of certain comprehensive plan amendments and concerning development orders within unincorporated St. Lucie County concerning development which involves commercial composting facilities during a specified term; providing for waiver, vested rights, appeals, exhaustion of administrative remedies.
