Volusia County, FL to hold Public hearing of Ordinance regarding Road Impact Fee Exemptions The County Commission will consider Ordinance 2016-04 amending Chapter 70 Impact Fees, Article III Thoroughfare Road Impact Fee, Section 70-79 by providing for the use of exemptions on adjoining parcels.
