Polk County, FL to hold Public Hearing of LDC Ordinance regarding Transitional Area Districts The County Commission will consider an ordinance to amend the Land Development Code (LDC) Section 303, Transitional Area Districts (TAD). The request seeks to bring applicable language within this section of the Code and Table 3.6 into compliance with Policy 2.125-C2 of the Comprehensive Plan for consistency and implementation.
