Riviera Beach, FL to Hold Second Reading of Ordinance Affecting Digital Fuel Price Signage

The City Council will consider amending Chapter 28 of the City’s Code of Ordinances entitles "Signs", Section 28-1 "Definitions", Section 28-5 "Prohibited Signs", Section 28-125 "Programable Digital Signs", and Chapter 31 of the City’s Code of Ordinances entitled "Supplemental District Regulation", Section 31-551, in order to create standards for the installation and use of digital fuel price signage on property with self service fuel pumps.

Issue History
12/15/15 The City Council will hold a second reading of the ordinance at the 12/16/2015 meeting.
11/30/15 The City Council will hold a first reading of the ordinance at the 12/2/2015 meeting.
