City: Davie Davie, FL to Consider Request to Hold First Hearing of Ordinance Related to Flex Units and Zoning The Council will consider an ordinance the amends Chapter 12, LDC, Section 12-304, Processing (relating to the approval process for use of "Flex Units" pursuant to the Broward County Land Use Plan). Since its inception, the Town has allocated "flex" units by way of resolution approved by simple majority vote. The proposed ordinance will require a super-majority vote of the Town Council to approve the use of "flex" units.
