Miami-Dade, FL to continue second reading of Ordinances regarding Auto Repair Business Regulations The County Commission will consider an ordinance creating amnesty period; creating a limited exception from civil penalties and liens for code violations relating to auto repair shop businesses upon an owner's compliance with the code of Miami-Dade county. The Commission will also consider an ordinance relating to zoning; revising regulations pertaining to setbacks and open or enclosed building requirements for automotive repair businesses; amending sections 33-51, 33-251.2, 33-253.6, 33-256.5, and 33-260 of the code of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Yes Lobbyist registration fee? $490 Additional information: Each lobbyist is required to submit a Certificate of Completion of an Ethics Course approved by the Miami-Dade County Ethics Commission to the Clerk of the Board within sixty (60) days after registering as a lobbyist. Lobbyists who have completed the initial Ethics Course mandated by the preceding sentence and have continuously registered as a lobbyist thereafter shall be required to complete a refresher Ethics Course every two years and submit to the Clerk of the Board a Certificate of Completion within sixty (60) days after registering as a lobbyist. The Ethics Course shall include, but not be limited to, a review of the following topics: the Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics Ordinance; the Sunshine Law; and the Public Records Law.
