City: Winter Park Winter Park, FL to hold Public Hearing of Ordinance regarding Historic Preservation Regulations The City Commission will consider an ordinance amending Chapter 58 Land Development Code Article VIII, Historic Preservation to provide clarity, improve the functionality, and revise the process and procedures for the Historic Preservation Board and staff, the designation of historic landmarks, historic resources and historic districts; the regulation, administration and enforcement concerning such designated landmarks, resources and district, and the certificate of review process; creating procedures for the demolition of properties identified in the Florida Master Site File and Historic Survey; amending provisions regarding tax exemptions for historic properties.
