City: Hollywood Hollywood, FL to hold Second Reading of Ordinance regarding Cross-Connection and Backflow Prevention The City Commission will consider an ordinance creating a new subchapter of chapter 51 of the code of ordinances titled "cross-connection and backflow prevention"; establishing rules and regulations regarding cross-connection control and backflow prevention for customers of the department of public utilities.
