City: Coconut Creek Coconut Creek, FL to hold Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance to address Smart Growth, Green/Energy Efficient and Sustainable Land Use Patterns The City Commission will consider an ordinance amending the text of the future land use element of the comprehensive plan in accordance with section 163.3184, Florida statutes, by amending the goals, objectives, and policies therein to address smart growth, green/energy efficient and sustainable land use patterns.

One registration form is required per each principal and each subject/project. An annual registration is required and covers the period from October 1 through September 30 of each year.
