City: Melbourne Melbourne, FL to hold Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance regarding modifications to City Code to establish a Procedure for the Sale or Lease of Real Property The City Commission will consider ORDINANCE NO. 2015-28 regarding proposed modifications to City Code to establish a procedure for the sale or lease of real property. This procedure allows the City the flexibility to authorize the disposition of real property based on any and all factors deemed appropriate to the particular transaction.
