Bay County, FL to hold Public Hearing of Ordinances regarding Water Impact Fees

The County Commission will consider an ordinance establishing mandatory connection and availability fee for development to Bay County retail water and retail wastewater facilities within availability distances. The County Commission will also consider an ordinance to increase wholesale water impact fees, change the retail water and retail sewer impact fees, and make amendments to update Chapter 25 of the Bay County Code.
