Hardee County, FL to consider adoption of Ordinance to continue the 5 Cent Local Option Fuel Tax The County Commission will consider Ordinance No. 2015-07 to continue the 5 cent local option fuel tax upon every net gallon of motor fuel sold in Hardee County. The original implementation of the tax was in 2006.
