Palm Bay, FL to hold Public Hearing of requested variance from Florida Power and Light

The City Commission will consider request by Florida Power and Light Corporation for a variance for the following: a) allow
an existing tower to encroach the 175-foot tower setback; b) allow two existing tower
anchors to encroach the 25-foot rear building setback; c) allow an existing metal building
to encroach the 25-foot rear building setback; and d) allow an existing asphaltic parking
area to encroach into the 25-foot rear parking setback in IU (Institutional Use District)
zoning (9.73 acres)(Case No. V-13-2015).
