City: Islamorda Islamorada, FL to continue First Reading of fair housing Ordinance regarding the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program The Village Council will consider an ordinance amending and renaming chapter 22 fair housing of the village code of ordinances as chapter 22 housing; creating chapter 22, article 1 in general and article ii fair housing and establishing sections 22-12 through 22-60 therein; creating article iii first time homebuyer down payment assistance program and establishing sections 22-61 through 22-70.
