City: Delray Beach Delray Beach, FL to hold Public Hearing of Ordinance regarding Off-Street Parking Regulations The City Commission will consider Ordinance No. 09-15 regarding an amendment to Land Development Regulations Section 4.6.9, "Off-Street Parking Regulations", Subsection 4.6.9 (E), "Locations of Parking Spaces", Paragraph 3, "In Lieu Fee", to create two new areas.
