City: Long Boat Key Longboat Key, FL to hold Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance regarding the Future Land Use Element The Town Commission will consider Ordinance 2015-10 regarding Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Future Land Use Element. This Comprehensive Plan amendment modifies future land use categories into more general groupings focused on opportunity areas identified throughout the Town.
Issue History 07/02/15 The Town Commission will hold a public hearing and second reading at the 7/6/15 meeting. 04/29/15 The Town Commission will hold a public hearing and first reading at the 5/4/15 meeting. If approved, they will forward the pending ordinance to the Florida State Department of Economic Opportunity for review and comment.
