Palm Shores, FL to hold Public Hearing and First Reading of Land Use Ordinance regarding Visual Screens

The Town Council will consider Ordinance 2015-04 amending the land usage code of the town; amending section 157.270 (f),
157.285 (f), 157.300 (f) and 157.315 (f) of the land usage code; providing for
reference to the provisions of new section 157.507; amending the
supplementary district regulations of chapter 157; amending section 157.502
(b) visual screens; providing criteria for visual screens; adding a new
section 157.507 relating to additional yard requirements for commercial
and industrial zoned properties abutting property zoned residential or a
residential area.
