City: Sunrise Sunrise, FL to consider adoption of Resolutions regarding the Local Option Gas Tax The City Commission will consider 3 resolutions regarding amendments to the Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and the City on Local Option Gas Tax: 1) a Resolution of the City of Sunrise, Florida, approving the 2015 amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and the City providing for Division and Distribution of the proceeds of the Local Option Gas Tax imposed by the Broward County Local Option Gas Tax Ordinance, 2) a Resolution of the City of Sunrise, Florida, approving and authorizing the execution of the 2015 amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and the City providing for Division and Distribution of the proceeds from the Broward County Additional Local Option Gas Tax on Motor Fuel Ordinance, and 3) A Resolution of the City of Sunrise, Florida, approving and authorizing the execution of an amendment to the interlocal agreement between Broward County and the City providing for the distribution of the proceeds from the Broward County Fifth Cent additional local option gas tax on motor fuel for transit.
