City: Winter Haven Winter Haven, FL to hold public hearing and first reading of Ordinance revising the Residential Development Intensity allowed within areas mapped as Primary Activity Center and Regional Activity Center The City Commission will consider Ordinance No. O-15-17 to amend the 2025 Winter Haven Comprehensive Plan’s Future Land Use Element Policies 1.2.2 and 1.3.4 for the purpose of revising the residential development intensity allowed within areas mapped as Primary Activity Center and Regional Activity Center on the future land use map.
