Lauderdale Lakes, FL to consider adoption of Ordinance to Permit and Control Residential Development at a Dwelling Unit Density of 25 Units Per Acre

The City Commission will consider Ordinance No. 2015-05 amending Subsections 703.3.1 thru 703.3.11 of Section 703 of the City's Land Development Regulations to permit and control residential development at a dwelling unit density of 25 units per acre.
