City: Deltona Deltona, FL to Hold Second and Final Reading of Ordinance Affecting Design and Construction Standards The Commission will consider Ordinance No. 11-2018. The City Commission has identified that a need exists and there is a desire to amend provisions of Chapter 96 - Improvements and to include a provision which allows existing residential customers to voluntary connect to the City of Deltona sewer system, if the customer so desires and if such sewer service is available, but does not under any circumstance force an existing residential customer to connect to the City of Deltona’s sewer system.
Issue History 05/21/18 The Commission will hold a second and final reading at the 5/21/2018 meeting. 05/07/18 The Commission will hold a first reading at the 5/7/2018 meeting.
