The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the Miami City Commission Amending Chapter 10/Article I/Division 2 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as Amended ("City Code"), Titled "Building / in General / Building Administration, Fees, and Waivers," to Revise the Fee Provisions Set Forth in Sections 10-18 of the City Code to Comply With Permit Fee Requirements as Set Forth by Florida Statutes and to Make Other Conforming and Clean-Up Revisions,; Making Findings; Containing a Severability Clause; And Providing for an Effective Date.
