The Council will Consider Proposed Ordinance No. 26-028- First Reading, an ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, amending Part III, Chapter 1, Article II, "Definitions," to create a Personal Instruction and Consultation Services use classification; and amending Chapter 3, Article IV, "Use Regulations," to amend the Use Matrix and Use Footnotes to establish the zoning districts in which the use is permitted or conditional; providing for codification; providing for severability; providing for conflicts; and providing for an effective date.
