The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida, Pertaining to Elevator Outages; Amending and Renumbering Various Sections of Chapter 21 of the Broward County Code of Ordinances (“Code”); Creating Section 21-10 of the Code, Establishing Elevator Repair Requirements for Multistory Residential Buildings; Amending Section 8½-16, Relating to Civil Penalties; and Providing for Severability, Inclusion in the Code, and an Effective Date.
