The Commission will Consider Ordinance 2026-11 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 86, Section 225 of the Beleview City Code Regarding Protecting the City Sewer From Fats, Oils, and Grease (F.o.g.); Amending Sub-section 86.225(a)(1) to Clarify When Interceptors Are Required and Amending 86.225(a)(4) With Updated Calculation Factors for Interceptor Sizing as Per Florida Administrative Code 62 6.013(7)(D).; Repealing All Ordinances in Conflict; and Providing for an Effective Date.
