The Council will Consider Ordinance No. 2023-04: Second Reading: An Ordinance by the City of Gulfport, Florida amending portions of Chapter 10.5, Flood Damage Prevention, Amending portions of Chapter 7, Buildings, to provide for formatting changes; Providing for applicability; Providing for the repeal of Ordinances, or parts of Ordinance, in conflict herewith, to the extent of such conflict; Providing for severability; and, providing for an effective date.
