The Council will Motion for the approval of Ordinance No. 2023-06 to Amend Chapter 10 “Buildings and Building Regulations, Article I, “In General”, By Amending Sections 10-8 “Exterior Property Areas”, 10-12 “Village Council Findings” and 10-30 “Foreclosed, Vacant And Unimproved Property Registration Program”; to establish minimum requirements for commercial and industrial properties that are vacant and unimproved.
