Sarasota, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Back-In Parking in Non Angle Parking Spots
The Commission will Consider Proposed Ordinance No. 23-5459, amending the Code of the
City of Sarasota; Chapter 33, Traffic and Motor Vehicles; Article IV, Stopping,
Standing or Parking; to allow back-in parking in non angle parking spaces located
in surface parking lots and in public parking garages as provided herein;
providing for the severability of the parts hereof if declared invalid; providing for
the repeal of Ordinances in conflict, etc. (Title Only)
