Coral Gables, FL to Consider an Ordinance Affecting Dog Leash Violations
The Commission will Consider An Ordinance of the City Commission amending the City of Coral Gables Code, Chapter 10 “Animals”, Article II “Dogs”, Section 10-33 “Dogs Running at Large Prohibited; Leashes Required; Penalty for Violation of Article” to add an exemption from the leash provision for dogs within posted and designated off-leash dog parks and facilities, providing for a repealer provision, severability clause, codification, and providing for an effective date.
