Flagler Beach, FL to Consider Agreement for Collection of Emergency Medical Services Impact Fee
The Commission will Consider an Interlocal Agreement between Flagler County. Beverly Beach Bunnell Marineland Palm Coast, and the City of Flagler Beach for the collection of " Emergency Medical Services Impact Fee" on behalf of the County prior to or coincident with the issuance of building permits by the respective Municipalities for applicable capital construction within the respective jurisdictions.
