Temple Terrace, FL to Consider an Ordinance Relating to Tree Removal Regulations
The Council will Consider An Ordinance of the City of Temple Terrace, Florida, Amending Chapter 12 of the
Temple Terrace Code of Ordinances Land Development Code, Article IX Design
Standards and Development Criteria, Division 8, Tree Removal and Trimming;
Section 12-768, Tree Removal Regulations and Standards, relating to the City’s Tree
and Landscape Beautification Fund; providing for a severability clause; authority to
codify; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; and
providing an effective date.
